Phd Workshop- Vienna University of Economics and Business-2025
Introduction
As part of my doctoral research, I had the privilege of participating in a two-day academic workshop hosted by the Vienna University of Economics and Business on 12–13 September. During this workshop, I presented the central concepts of my PhD topic, “Enhancing Project Management Performance by Linking Ambidexterity to Project Citizenship Behavior.”
My presentation focused on how organizations can improve project outcomes by simultaneously balancing exploration and exploitation, while fostering voluntary, value-adding behaviors within project teams. I shared my preliminary framework, theoretical foundations, and early insights with an audience of international scholars and fellow doctoral researchers.
The workshop created an enriching environment for academic exchange. I received constructive feedback, engaged in deep discussions, and explored new perspectives that helped refine both the conceptual model and research direction of my dissertation. This experience was an important milestone in my PhD journey, strengthening the academic rigor and practical relevance of my work.
