Who I Am
I’m Rouzbeh, a project management strategist, educator, lecturer and international standard contributor. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across industries — from oil & gas and pharmaceuticals to finance and e-commerce — helping organizations achieve clarity in execution and maturity in leadership. I see myself not just as a consultant, but as an Industry Adventurist — always exploring how different sectors think, plan, and grow.
My Contribution
I’ve been fortunate to contribute to PMI global standards, including the Business Analysis for Practitioners(Lead content developer), PMBOK® Guide and Portfolio Management Standard, and to serve as a judge for PMI’s 2025 PMO of the Year Awards. As an instructor and consultant with Rahbaran System Rastak (Iran) and Management Plaza (Belgium), I’ve designed and led more than 500 workshops, empowering over 1000 professionals to achieve international certifications such as PMP, RMP, SP, PBA, PRINCE2, and PSM.
Degrees & Certificates
Certified in PMP, PgMP, PfMP, RMP, SP, ACP, PBA,PMO-CP, PRINCE2P, PRINCE2 Agile, ITIL 4, MoP, and ICAgile Coaching, PSM II, PSPO II. I believe that true mastery comes from continuous curiosity. There’s no “final version” of a project manager — we are all perpetual learners, iterating ourselves just like the projects we lead.

I believe project management is not just about delivering outcomes — it’s about empowering people and inspiring innovation. Project management is not just about timelines and tools — it’s about mindset. Every great project starts with a clear purpose and succeeds through empowered people. My mission is to help organizations unlock their potential through clarity, accountability, and purpose — turning complexity into opportunity and systems into cohesive success stories.
What I Do
With 25 years of experience across different industries, roles, and responsibilities, I’ve faced and embraced diverse challenges that shaped my understanding of organizational dynamics. This cross-industry exposure inspired the creation of my organizational maturity and people-empowerment model, known as “Power Up / Level Up.” Every organization tells a different story. I begin by understanding its unique challenges, culture, and ambitions — then tailor the right mix of methods and tools to match.
Beyond Work
I love plants — especially bonsai. I have several, including Ginkgo biloba and acorn bonsai. I also enjoy growing coffee plants — and, of course, drinking coffee itself. I’m passionate about food adventures, discovering new cuisines, and exploring new cities. Having traveled widely, I constantly seek new challenges — because learning, discovery, and curiosity are what keep me inspired
