As part of my doctoral research, I had the privilege of participating in a two-day academic workshop hosted by the Vienna University of Economics and Business on 12–13 September. During this workshop, I presented the central concepts of my PhD topic, “Enhancing Project Management Performance by Linking Ambidexterity to Project Citizenship Behavior.” My presentation focused on how organizations can improve project outcomes by simultaneously balancing exploration and exploitation, while fostering voluntary, value-adding behaviors within project teams.
